To open the platform to digital ecosystems, we implemented secure, API-first integrations for mobile apps, fintech services, and third-party wallets—secured with OAuth 2.0 authentication. Additionally, we built a centralized data warehouse on Google BigQuery and embedded real-time dashboards and predictive analytics for better customer insights and risk forecasting. This helped unify data across the enterprise and improve decision-making across lending, deposits, and treasury functions.
