A VC-backed FinTech startup offering real-time risk analytics and compliance automation to investment firms. The company needed to evolve its MVP into a scalable SaaS product with robust security, self-service features, and real-time data processing.
The MVP was a monolithic app that couldn’t support multi-tenant configurations or handle concurrent users. Client onboarding required backend intervention, and risk calculations were processed offline, delaying reports. Weak security controls made the system non-viable for enterprise clients. Additionally, cloud infrastructure costs were unsustainable.
The revamped platform reduced client onboarding time from 2 weeks to 2 days. Infrastructure costs were cut by 35%, and user capacity scaled 10x post-Series B.
