• BTech / B.E. Engineering degree.


  • Participating in the L3 technical support for engineering.
  • Working closely with the L2 support team to analyze production tickets. 
  • Managing the L3 SLAs.
  • Managing customer interactions and representing the engineering team in customer meetings. 
  • Troubleshooting issues in customer environments and providing workarounds, if any.
  • Identifying potential product enhancements and working with the product management team for prioritization.
  • Working with the engineering development team to drive solutions.

Skills Required

  • Must have 6-8 years of experience with core Python and Python web frameworks.
  • Experience working on Python Django and Django REST framework.
  • Good command over OOPs concepts and design patterns. 
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and API management. 
  • Experience with monitoring, alerting, and debugging in production. 
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. 
  • Ability to analyze logs and extract issue details. 
  • Ability to work comfortably in a Unix/Linux server environment for troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Git lifecycle. 
  • Understanding deploying production-grade, scalable, reliable, containerized workloads on-premise, and on public clouds will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication.
