Participating in the L3 technical support for engineering.
Working closely with the L2 support team to analyze production tickets.
Managing the L3 SLAs.
Managing customer interactions and representing the engineering team in customer meetings.
Troubleshooting issues in customer environments and providing workarounds, if any.
Identifying potential product enhancements and working with the product management team for prioritization.
Working with the engineering development team to drive solutions.
Must have 6-8 years of experience with core Python and Python web frameworks.
Experience working on Python Django and Django REST framework.
Good command over OOPs concepts and design patterns.
Knowledge of REST APIs and API management.
Experience with monitoring, alerting, and debugging in production.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to analyze logs and extract issue details.
Ability to work comfortably in a Unix/Linux server environment for troubleshooting.
Experience with Git lifecycle.
Understanding deploying production-grade, scalable, reliable, containerized workloads on-premise, and on public clouds will be an added advantage.
Excellent written and spoken communication.
