Zymr is expanding its International Sales Team and is looking for an accomplished Director of Sales/Sr. Sales Consultant to help us continue to grow our business and provide exemplary custom software solutions for startups, midsize and enterprise level clients.
At Zymr, you will help to grow the company’s revenue, define the service portfolio and overall go-to-market strategy.
Reports to Head of Business and Strategy.
- Successful experience in positioning and selling complex Software Development Services in the areas of Cloud Solutions Development, SaaS Platforms, Security Services, Enterprise Mobile Apps, Big Data, SDN, and UI/UX.
- Explore & target new accounts & create opportunities in software development.
- Lead the client acquisition process and work closely with the delivery organizations to drive the RFI/RFP process.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Will have a minimum of 8+ years of selling IT Consulting Services and technical solutions to High-Tech Startups and Enterprises in the European region.
- Having prior experience in hunting and managing large enterprise accounts.
- Should have awareness of GDPR Compliance
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Good understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Detail oriented, ability to adapt to changing environment.
- Have a track record in achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
- Should be comfortable working in European timezones when required.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
